Flexirent MiniLease is the quick and easy leasing solution for a wide range of commercial and industrial or office equipment including surveying equipment, safes, security systems, industrial tools of the trade, compressors, hydraulic hoists and furniture.

A Flexirent Mini Lease works like a typical car finance lease where you pay monthly amounts over 3, 4 or 5 year terms and then pay a residual amount at the end of the term to own the goods*.

It is ideally suited to items where the user wants to keep them well after the tern of the lease has concluded but wishes to spread the cost of acquisition via affordable monthly payments.

As the name "mini" suggests, Flexirent Mini leases start as low as $1,500 and, provided that one item costs $500 or more, can be used to "bundle" a variety of small items into the one convenient monthly payment.

It also features very attractive, mini residuals. The residual value to be paid at the end of the lease varies with the term you choose. Over 5 years it is only 5%!
