Electronic Disclosure and Consent
If you enter your unique verification code, you acknowledge and agree that the Terms and Conditions set out in this document apply to your dealings with Flexirent Capital Pty Ltd (referred to as Flexirent Capital Pty Ltd, we, us or our).
(a) We may satisfy our obligation to give you any documents, notices, disclosure or statements (Document, or collectively Documents) by posting these Documents on DocuSign (Documents include, without limitation, Conditions of Use and Product Schedule, Information Statement, Direct Debit Request, Direct Debit Request Service Agreement and Flexirent Capital Pty Ltd Privacy Statement, Acknowledgement and Consent and any other Document necessary or desirable to give effect to your dealings with us).
(b) We will both sign electronically and any such signed Documents will represent our legal, valid and binding obligations.
(c) We will identify you using the DocuSign identification process.
(d) We will give you Documents electronically, as permitted by law, by:
(i) sending the Document to your nominated electronic address; or
(ii) advising you that your Document is available, how you may access the Document and making the Document available for you to access and retrieve for a reasonable period on our information system.
(e) You will not be given paper copies of any Documents (unless the law requires us to give them or you specifically request them).
(f) If you change your mind and no longer want to do business electronically using the DocuSign Process, you must let us know in writing (in this case, you will no longer be able to use the DocuSign Process and we may not be able to provide you with our services in accordance with the same timelines).
(g) You must regularly check your electronic communications for Documents.
How to contact Flexirent Capital Pty Ltd
(h) You may contact us by sending an email to email@example.com in order to:
(i) request a paper copy of a Document;
(ii) let us know that you do not want to do business electronically using the DocuSign Process; and
(iii) let us know if you want to update your email address (please include in your email both your old and new email address). Please note that you must also notify DocuSign Inc. separately of your change in email address.
(i) If you send us an email asking us to do something, you must also include in your email your email address, full name, postal address and telephone number so that we may process your request.

** These minimum requirements are subject to change. If these requirements change, you will be asked to re-accept the disclosure. Pre-release (e.g. beta) versions of operating systems and browsers are not supported.
